Quick update

haha.. A very quick update of my life..

1) went to watch Golden Compass... awesome show!! Nicole kidman is just perfect, love her naturality.. i watched it with Aileen, itz been quite some time sincw we met and we chatted the whole day off.. coolness..

2) I got sick,, like FINALLY.. haha.. juz in case some of ya'll dunnoe, i've been on a quest of trying to get myself sick, call me crazy or wad,, but i'm definitely mad.. haha.. the reason is this, i december and i don't remember being sick during the year.. yea, so i tried, sleeping late, not drinking lotsa water, goin under the sun, not eating rite, eating LOTSA rubbish... at first i tot it didn't work.. and finally all these took a toll on my body.. it was a pretty horrible feeling.. the fever only lasted for a day tho but the stomach aint feeling tt well for a few days.. haha.. now.. i'm ready to eat more rubbish.. yeah!!

3) I was trying out a plan.. kinda failed cos i couldn't take it.. bleahx!

4) do u noe tt if u wan to go M'sia w/o a passport, is possible? just go to the railway station, at Tanjong Pagar and you'll automaticlly feel like you're in M'sia.. but the Black Pepper chicken rice is good tho! if u're entering by car, it's $1.80 per entry.. and e entrance is done manually, go and try it out..

5) Hardy Mirza won Asian Idol.. can u believe it??? i almost couldn't.. but now YES I DO!!

6) couldnt touch him coz i was sick.. urghh, i miss him sooo much!!

7) and jus today, HARI RAYA HAJI... Ate like a Bak Guah!! here's a list

phew... last 2 weeks has been a fun but exhausting week for me.. one one the weeks was full of going up and down Alexandra Hospital to help them in preparing for their Dnd. I heard the Dnd was great and our item was VERY VERY well received.. of course, with the gals being shiny from top to bottom and shimmy-ing their way thru the dance.. haha.. Belly Dancing!! Never fail to entertain those hot-blooded males out there.. i also heard tt my cousin fell but she manage to cover it up, which turn into smth more seductive.. haha.. good job gal!!

The week after.. hmmm... kinda forgot wad was I busy with?? lol.. but I ended last week with 3 great parties all in a row..

Friday: Red Camp, very well received, and we got high on the dancefloor.. thx to those who came down to support!! ya'll noe hu u ar.. heee..

Saturday: My last aunt's, frm mother side, engagement party.. she look sooooo pretty... me and mi 2 gal cousins perform a mini version of whine up (hang-over frm the previous night) and Maya-Maya..

Sunday: Sauhanna's (the cutest cousin ever) 5th birthday party.. she look so pretty, wanna see her pic? go to my freindster, she's the one in the purple dress..

2 exhausting weeks but.. i like.. haha..

27th nov 07: My first 'kiss' with my latest obsession.. haha..

*to those gonna having exams: study hard and we'll play extra hard after that!! yeah!!!

Happy Deepavali!

HAPPY DEEPAVALI!!!! srry, i noe itz a lil late, but the tot still counts.. heee..

Yea, and so we went to ECP during the deepavali holiday. It started out as a rainy day and juz got hotter!!! really hot.. haha.. quite a few incidents, some memorable and some not so memorable ones.. hehe..

1) someone *winks* had her shorts stained with poop (probably baby's)
2) we definitely have a few injuries to spread around.. e.g. blisters, scraped ass, scratched hands, blue-blacks on the knee, aching body, aching tail-bone, uneven BURN on the face and body.. haha..
3) we went into the sea, it was very refreshing, besides the large amt of stones on the beach..

and so we remain in the sun taking photos and havin pure fun till about 5?? met up with my cousin and gang and ate dinner at BK (the usual)haha...

on a not-so-sweaty side... on the recent weekend, friends came over my house (thank you so much for coming!) after which we went for dinner at PS and a movie Game Plan at The Cathay.. (a few continued with Stardust) heee... and i ended the day goin home with Jingyi and Weenee.. haha.. Jing!! one fine day i'll make u watch a ghost movie at night..

Alright!!!!! this weekend was pretty 'happening'.. lol.. wad can be more happening than going to Bishan park twice in one weekend.. haha.. =_-

oh well.. had 2 seperate performance, sat and sun, at the same venue, Bishan Park.. Sat's was for Dance Group, which we only had ard 5-10 min for make-up, costume and hair.. haha.. Sunday was for D3.. had plenty of time to get ready but was darn tired coz had to perform whine up twice... haha.. the second one was when Charlie, PCK's worker who always ask for tau huay break and the organiser of the event had to dance with us for the ENTIRE song!! haha.. try laughing very hard and dancing at the same time.. NOT easy.. haha.. But they very sporting! good job!! haha.. hmmm.. maybe eating tau huay will give u more stamina... i wonder

Time

haha.. back from double dance prac and now resting in the coziness of my own heaven.. my room.. haha.. the beauty of wireless.. lol

ya noe, I just wasted 1 min of my life counting how many seconds there are in a min.. it really makes me wonder.. do we really waste our time? y are we so inconsiderate to ourselves so much so that we waste our own time? i've only wasted 1 min.. thinking and counting back, i believe i've wasted hours? days? weeks? months? YEARS??

But the thing is, are we wasting our time with wadever we are doing now? am i wasting my time by blogging about 'wasting time'? it really depends on an individual to see whether wadever they are doing is acually wasting time.. so, does wasting time = not worth ur time? lets say, to me dancing is not wasting time, but to another individual, dancing mite be something tt's not even worth their seconds. even tho itz not worth their sec, they still do it. y? pressure? obligation? to them they mite have something better to do..

so really, people say we should organise our time and make full use of the 24hrs a day tt we have.. but, we ARE wasting time if we actualli plan out our weekly schedule, and in the end, we never follow.. to plan it, takes hours, so u actually waste 1-2 hours of your life plannin to utilize our time?

do u noe tt, to different individuals, 1 hour has diff timings? to some1 doing nth n just siting down, 1 hr will seem very slow? to some1 taking tests/exams 1 hr is nv enuf? to a dancer who is dancing, 1 hour will pass very fast? to some1 who is sleeping, 1hr will seems fast? to lovers dating, 1 hour feels like 10 min? to some1 who's doing a boring office job, 1 hour is very slow, itz like as if lunch hour will nv come? as u can see.. time moves very differently for diff individuals..

so are we living off the same timing as each other?

I'm back from the dead people!! haha.. hmmm.. lotsa things happen in the past few mths..AND ITZ REALLI lota THINGS.. haha.. it's actually amazing that i still remember my password..

ok.. firstly, i've already ended my mandarin class in cambridge ald.. (even went on a sentosa trip with them, lol).. after which i took an Arabic language class, which is actually ending on the 1st nov, very soon... haha.. which is due to the arabic class that D3 had to be put on Mondays instead of thursdays..

and.. ok Dance PP is postpone to 1st March 2008.. Itz ok.. haha, committee don't stress ok..another good thing is.. choreography for my item has already started.. so far so good.. decided on using 'I Want To Spend My Lifetime Loving You'.. haha..

their school holidays has juz ended and its almost 3 weeks into school ald? and they're still complaining that they are still in the holiday mood.. haha.. but they're not to be blamed, coz if u were in their shoes for that 7 weeks, you'll be exactly like them.. haha..

Now, lemme tell you wad happen within 7 weeks (not in order)

1a) came my house and stay overnight, without proper sleep, hmmmm, without sleep actualli
1b) following day they got dance prac
1c) at night went for NPS family concert (which was good), met old frens lyk sheena, barney...
2a) they went to watch TAT's concert, i met them after my first day of arabic class
2b) after which we ate dinner at Newton
2c) after whichwent mount faber and went home ard 4am plus the next day
3a) sent jiayin to the airport (she went korea w/o bringing us along :( )
3b) after which we went to OCH!! hahaha
4) sent Franz ( his blog is entetaining, go see) to the airport for his 5 mths attachment in Australia
5a) went for boating test (failed)
5b) went for 2nd boating test (passed!!) haha
6) first day of Hari Raya they went to watch a movie, w/o me.. tsk..
7) mooncake festival, they went out to play.. w/o me again.. double tsk..
8) celebrated my birthday at PS and opposire IStana park (where i was thrown into the water more than 20 times), but it was THE BEST BIRTHDAY EVER!! *muackz!!!
9a) they learnt a few good piano pieces, lotsa potential, (future Maxim) hehe..
9b) i'm sill learning 'Don't Cry For Me Argentina'
10) had a small faewell party for Franz before he left for Australia
11) had dance practices for my item, which is actually very fun.. (the guys cannot keep still de)
12) National day went to west coast park and play (sparkless) weeee
13a) They went to watch Jitterbugs performance... w/o me again.. coz i got D3.. haha
13b) after which they went for dinner... w/o me again.. lol
14a) we went geylang during the raya season.. haha
14b) after which we went settler's cafe, met up with sheena
15a) we had our national day performance, commonwealth item (this is where everything started, haha)
15b) went for dinner at Lau Pa Sat.. so fun coz majority was there, inc ANDREW!! woohoo!!
15c) some of us continued at Pioneer Mall McDonalds
16) we celebrated Timothy's birthday in school... wahahahaha
17) celebrated Weisheng's birthday in school and KAP... muahahaha
18a) the gals went for Poly Forum, on cruise mind you.. *jealous!
18b) after which we celebrated Jingyi's birthday at Bugis Junction... huahahaha
19a) we all went ice-skating.. haha.. awesome!!!
19b) after which we watched movie.. 'Dead Silence'.. shhhhhh
20) we went to SAF Army Open House... haha.. got wild and dirrty!!
21) celebrated Wanting's birthday in school after dance practice
22) dyed mi hair!! haha.. first time eh.. (srry, random)

coming up...

23) went ECP during Deepavali.. haha
24) went Crabbing. lol

now.. u be the judge, who could blame them for not being in the school mood.. haha

other than this.. tis year i broke my record, went geylang for ard 5-6 times lyk tt.. with aileen, my 'family' and my Family... lol

also, my house went under a major operation after more than 20 years of collecting cockroach droppings.. now i can proudy say, we rarely see cockroach ald.. so gals, no nid to be afraid now.. haha..

ok.. i'm suppose to be dancing now.. haha..

I feel like a funny person..
wahaha.. well, life went on as usual..

oh.. wait.. i juz enrolled in a mandarin class in Cambridge.. pretty cool, itz my 2nd week now.. so.. mi dear frenz, try not to gossip bout mi in mandarin in fron of me hor.. i mite juz understand.. the class is pretty cool but u'll feel like u're attending smth like a commomwealth celebrations in Sri lanka coz, u'll meet ppl frm various countries.. in my class, we hv ppl frm, Phillipines, Korea, Thailand, Myanmar, Vietnam, Maldives, Bangladesh, Argentina and Singapore (me). Besides being in an interesting class, a plus point is tt the teacher, Joanne, is very good.. u can easily absorb wadever she's teaching... lucky me..

other than this, we juz celebrated, our dear Sheena's 21st Birthday... We gave her, 21 eggs, a bottle of coke, a packet of flour, bag, skirt and *ahem Ahem*.. hehe.. Hope u enjoyed ur day sheens!!
